Born on the Falkland Islands, Purpa was outcast from his flock due to his rare coloration. He traveled north through South America, developing a love for video gaming. Despite his passion, he lacked the hand-eye-coordination to join a Bolivian esports team, which later adopted him as their mascot and renamed themselves *Potosi Ducks* in his honor. Purpa eventually settled in the Pacific Northwest.
